We specialise in the processing of corrugated steel for the manufacture of passive reinforcement, which is used in construction projects for concrete reinforcement. These reinforcements meet the requirements of the project and are essential to guarantee the quality and durability of the structure. Certified by AENOR for 25 years, this certificate guarantees the correct execution of the reinforcement, as well as reducing or eliminating the steel tests to be carried out on site with the cost savings that this entails.

We have several cutting and bending machines for the production of stirrups and for the execution of the cut and bent main bars. These are directly connected to the cutting programme, reducing or practically eliminating manufacturing errors.

We have a bending machine, which allows the execution of bends to the diameters required by the client for the execution of windmills and singular works.

We have pre-assembly machines that guarantee the perfect arrangement of the stirrups in the welded or pre-assembled structures that we execute.

We have welding stations, which allow us to guarantee the correct supply to works of any size, from single-family homes to large housing developments and unique buildings.

Our company complies with the strictest requirements of the Technical Building Code and the EHE standards, which has enabled us to obtain the AENOR product quality seal. This allows us to use an intensive control in construction, which reduces the amount of reinforcement required to 5% and exempts the carrying out of tests on the steel supplied. It also guarantees the correct execution of all our reinforcement.
