TYPOLOGY

Types of piping

These pipes can comply with different standards, the most common being the Light Series, manufactured according to ISO/R65 L.II (B.S.S. 1387), and the Medium Series, known as DIN 2440. Other conduction pipes manufactured according to different standards are also available on the market, such as the Heavy Series DIN 2441 or DIN 2439. These pipes can be threaded or plain, and are available in a rolled or galvanised finish.

  • ISO conduit

This type of profile is known as "Light Series" within the conduction pipe, and is normally used to manufacture auxiliary construction and decorative elements and enclosures.

  • Conduit DIN 2440

This type of profile is called "Normal Series" within the conduction pipe, being suitable for the conduction of fluids.

  • Conduit DIN 2441

This type of profile is called "Heavy Series" within the conduction pipe, like the DIN 2440 series, they are also suitable for the conduction of fluids, having a greater thickness than the previous ones.
