Die-cut sheet metal

Starting with flat sheet metal, it is processed by means of sheet metal punching or punching processesusing dies or shears. Depending on the desired result, the material can be perforated to obtain die-cut sheet metalexpanded to create deployé sheet metalor stamped to generate embossed sheet metal with specific reliefs and textures.

These processes allow the production of die-cut sheets with different designs and properties, adapted to multiple industrial, architectural and decorative applications.

Main uses
Die-cut sheet metal

The die-cut sheet metal is a versatile material used to manufacture decorative and functional parts in a wide variety of industrial, architectural and design applications. Its sheet metal die-cutting process allows for precise, customised patterns.and can be adapted to different needs. Depending on the type of die-cutting, different finishes can be obtained, such as perforated sheet metal for ventilation and weight reduction, deployé sheet metal for light and resistant structures, or embossed sheet metal, ideal for surfaces with relief and greater grip.

Thanks to their ability to create unique designs and their flexibility to adapt to different shapes and sizesdie-cut sheet metal is ideal for use in sectors such as construction, the automotive industry, furniture manufacturing and urban signage. Its structural strength and wide variety of patterns make it an ideal choice for applications that require functionality and aesthetics at the same time.

In the industrial field, die-cut sheets are used in ventilation grilles, metal enclosures, machinery protection and filters. In architecture and design, they are key in the manufacture of façade cladding, street furniture and decorative elements.
